40 Topcalf Calf Pens Installed at HCM in Turkey
In collaboration with our partner HCM, we recently installed 40 Topcalf calf pens in Turkey. This combination of modularity, hygiene, and durability provides an ideal living environment for calves — while offering convenience and efficiency for the farmer.

Each installation starts with a basic ground-level pen, which can be easily expanded – perfectly suited to your barn layout and desired number of calves. - Removable partitions
Thanks to the removable plastic dividers, you can alternate between individual housing and group setup. This supports the social development of calves from a young age. - Durable construction
The combination of galvanized steel and robust plastic panels ensures a long lifespan, easy cleaning, and optimal hygienic management. - Two-part front gates
Practical design with front gates that open in two parts – ideal for entering the pen without disturbing the calf during feeding. - Compatible with CalfRail & Förster-Technik
Equipped with CalfRail-access doors, fully aligned with Förster-Technik’s automatic feeding system. Ensures efficient, uniform, and controlled feeding. - Wide range of sizes
Available in standard widths of 100 or 120 cm, and various depths from 162 to 220 cm – always tailored to your barn requirements.
A healthy start for every calf begins with the right housing. Topcalf calf pens are specially designed to offer an optimal balance between climate control, hygiene, and comfort – essential conditions for a safe and stable start in a calf’s life.
The farmer is also central in this design: the pens are developed with daily efficiency in mind. Thanks to their smart construction, they are easy to clean, quick to assemble (including a clear manual), and require minimal labor effort.
