We recently successfully completed the following project in Germany, supplying and assembling six fixed calf pens. Each calf pen offers a lying area of more than 16 square metres.
In Rothenacker, eastern Germany, Sam and Don fitted roof panels for 16 Quattro XXL pens at Schmidt dairy farm. By strategically positioning the pens, the customer now has a complete calf village at its disposal.
This month, we delivered another great project in the UK. We developed a very nice “calf village” for this family farm.The farmer invested in four Trio EasyClean XXL hutches, where they can house the calves both individually and in groups of three.
Not far from Berlin (Germany) in Jessen, Don and Sam built 10 Quinto calf hutches for Seydaland Vereinigte Agrarbetriebe GmbH this week. These calf hutches can accommodate 50 calves and are fully equipped! This impressive farm has 27 Lely milking robots (!) and, in addition to dairy farming, also does arable farming on around 8,000 hectares of land.
Last week, we delivered the last of a total of 8 Trio Easy-clean XXL calf hutches. These calf hutches are equipped with all possible conveniences and provide optimal calf comfort and ease of work.
Last week we assembled and delivered 6 group hutches with free ranges in Northern Ireland. This satisfied customer had previously bought 5 Quinto calf hutches with sliding curtains and decided to expand his calf housing. We are very pleased with the confidence in us to provide the group housing as well.
In Italy, we completed a great calf housing project through our Italian partner Agrisystem Srl. This newly built calf barn is equipped with 88 calf pens and 2 CalfRails (automatic feeding systems). Read more about this project here and see the result!
Last week we delivered 8 Topalf Trio XXL calf hutches in Nordenham (Germany). These mobile calf shelters have extra large lying surfaces, measuring 120x180 cm and have extra large air sliders. In this way a beautiful calf village can be created easily and without a permit. Read more here!
In Südbrookmerland, in the German state of Lower Saxony, we delivered these two Quinto calf hutches. These calf hutches can accommodate 10 calves and are equipped with all comforts.
In Rottum (NL) we delivered 4 specially designed group pens. This group shelter is extra large and equipped with all comforts. Read more about this project here.
In 2017 we delivered 18 special edition Duo calf hutches with fixed roofs in Italy. After these hutches were found to be satisfactory, it was decided to buy 9 additional ones, which Don and Thomas mounted last week. Watch the video and photos to see the result:
Back in 2019, we finished a project in Litizia, Italy where we mounted 64 spacious calf pens. So why share this now? This calf barn is in our opinion nearly perfect and in our opinion worth sharing. Besides the Topcalf calf pen system, this calf parn is equipped with an automatic feeding system and a hose ventilation system. Read more about this project here:
