FETF 2023 – Calf Housing Grants

The Farming Equipment and Technology Fund (FETF) 2023 consists of 2 main themes:

  • Productivity and Slurry items
  • Animal Health and Welfare items

On the 9th of February,  the second round of the Farming Equipment and Technology Fund (FETF ) was published. Contrary to the first round, the updated list also includes outdoor calf housing as part of eligible items for a grant. These grants can be found in the Animal Health and Welfare section under FETF230A and FETF231A, page 17 and 18 of the document below. Both grants regarding calf housing cover around 50% of the purchase amount.

The online application for Animal Health and Welfare items is expected to open in March and the deadline is expected to be January 2024.
