72 calf pens in Sweden
In Svenljunga, Sweden we delivered 72 calf pens to the De Kruijf family. Subsequently, they assembled the 72(!) calf pens themselves!
This calf housing system offers comfort to the calves and the dairy farmer. The spacious lying surfaces are 160 x 100 x 120 cm big (L x W x H) and all calf pens are equipped with removable separation walls. By removing one or multiple separation walls, a group housing can be created. Moreover, it helps to easily muck out, and clean the calf pens.
These calf pens have 2-part front gates, which make it possible to enter the calf pen without disturbing a drinking calf. Furthermore, these calf pens are equipped with Topcalf teat buckets and foldable bucketholders for 2 bowls.
