9 Fixed Group Hutches for Optimal Comfort
At the Leise family farm in Meschede, Germany, we have constructed nine fixed group hutches, including one designated as a service unit. Each calving pen has a lying area of 16.25 m², providing space for four to six calves. These pens comply with future laws and regulations while ensuring optimum comfort for the calves.

The ventilation sliders in the rear wall of the fixed group hutch play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a healthy environment for the calves. They allow for easy regulation of air circulation, ensuring that the barn is consistently supplied with fresh air, regardless of weather conditions. This not only contributes to better lung health for the calves but also helps improve air quality by preventing the accumulation of moisture and harmful gases. Thanks to this smart and practical solution, you, as a farmer, can fine-tune the climate to meet the needs of your calves.
